Salary
Total monthly package: PKR 63,000 – 75,000+
(Base PKR 45,000–50,000 + incentives PKR 18,000–25,000)

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients (US/UK/Canada).
• Resolve inquiries with empathy and aim for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Use proven de-escalation techniques for difficult cases.
• Manage customer messages on social channels (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) and escalate when needed.
• Log accurate case notes in CRM (Salesforce / Zendesk / HubSpot).
• Meet KPIs: AHT, CSAT, FCR; participate in daily coaching and quality reviews.

Required qualifications

• 1+ year experience in international voice support, BPO, or call center roles.
• Fluent English (C1) — clear spoken and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable working on-site night shifts and meeting measurable KPIs.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.

Preferred

• Experience supporting US/UK campaigns or handling social media customer service.
• Prior exposure to KPI-driven BPO environments or mentoring roles.
