Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, ideally in an educational, sports, or service-based environment.

• Very good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM platforms.

• Familiarity with digital communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google Workspace is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client orientation.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Team player with a positive attitude. and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic needs of the academy environment.
