1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, ideally in an educational, sports, or service-based environment.
Very good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with digital communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google Workspace is a plus.
