NOC Coordinator / Authorities Liaison Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and all government authorities, including Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), ADDC, Etisalat/Du, ADCD (Civil Defence), and other relevant agencies.
- Prepare, submit, and diligently track all applications for NOCs, building permits, utility approvals, and completion certificates.
- Expertly navigate authority online portals (e.g., ADM's e-Permitting System).
- Coordinate internally with engineering and architectural teams to gather all required documentation, drawings, and calculations for submissions.
- Proactively follow up with authority reviewers, address any comments or rejections swiftly, and coordinate resubmissions.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of all submissions, approval statuses, and official correspondence.
- Keep the project team informed of all regulatory changes and submission timelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of dedicated experience as an NOC Coordinator, PRO, or Authorities Liaison Officer within a consulting or construction firm in the UAE.
- Essential: Proven, in-depth experience and established working relationships with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and other Abu Dhabi authorities.
- Excellent understanding of the complete approvals lifecycle for building projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and project documents.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and persistent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic proficiency is a major advantage).
