We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations and monitoring, ensuring the integrity and performance of our network infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

Roles & Responsibility

1. Monitored infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, SolarWinds and Riverbed to ensure high service availability.

2. Performed incident response, maintenance and troubleshooting for enterprise systems including queue systems, kiosks, ATMs, iPads and digital signage.

3. Provided remote diagnostics and technical resolution through SCCM.

4. Coordinated with vendors and internal teams for timely escalation and closure of complex incidents.
