NOC Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise and service-provider grade network environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, network security, and cloud-integrated infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routing and switching environments
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to ensure high availability and performance
• Implement and support secure network solutions including VPNs, firewalls, and NAT
• Monitor network performance using network management and monitoring tools
• Support VoIP environments and ensure Quality of Service (QoS) standards
• Work closely with systems, cloud, and security teams to support integrated solutions

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking fundamentals, and routing & switching
• Hands-on experience with IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS/LDP
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and NAT
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, or similar network devices
• Familiarity with QoS and VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP/SRTP)
• Experience with network security, firewalls, and monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and virtualized environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
• 2-5 years’ relevant work experience
• Preferably a CCNA/CCNP certified candidate
