Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and skilled Backend Developers to join our

growing engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly available and scalable backend systems that power mission-critical applications. Working within an Agile framework, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, performant, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services
• Work with MongoDB and MySQL to build efficient and secure data models.
• Implement caching and data optimization strategies using Redis.
• Integrate with messaging systems like RabbitMQ (or other broker platforms).
• Write and consume REST APIs and services
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to ensure smooth development cycles.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge on any of the programming language in this list : NodeJs, .NET, Java, Spring, C++
• Front End Experience is a plus
• Building REST APIs, microservices
• Experience with SQL (MySQL/Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure.
