About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Node.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions using Node.js. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust APIs, improve application performance, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ensure data security and performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with Express.js / Nest.js or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of security principles, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Angular (basic understanding).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
