Position Overview

Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js or NestJS frameworks.

Experience in MongoDB or PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, indexing).

Familiar with Cloud Storage (AWS S3 / GCP Storage) for media handling.

Deep understanding of RESTful API design and asynchronous programming.

Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, Firebase migration).

Experience with Redis / caching and API optimization.

Knowledge of FFmpeg, Cloudinary, or similar tools for video processing.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation.

Familiarity with CDN integration (CloudFront / Cloudflare).

Understanding of security best practices, rate limiting, input validation, etc.

Experience integrating with mobile frontends (Flutter / React Native).We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications and APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable Node.js applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to define and implement solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Handle database integration (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Node.js and backend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Express.js, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and modern deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
