Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the recruitment process, managing it end-to-end with accountability for results.
  • Handle client interactions to understand hiring needs, build trust, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Draft and publish precise job postings aligned with client and organizational requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA HR, (B.E, ECE preferable)
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Engineering/Non-IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skill sets in PCB, Embedded Systems, and Hardware domains.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on hiring commitments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

  • Expert: 3 years (Preferred)
