Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, managing it end-to-end with accountability for results.
- Handle client interactions to understand hiring needs, build trust, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Draft and publish precise job postings aligned with client and organizational requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- MBA HR, (B.E, ECE preferable)
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Engineering/Non-IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of technical skill sets in PCB, Embedded Systems, and Hardware domains.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on hiring commitments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
