We are hiring a passionate Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in hiring across FMCG, FMCD, Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce industries.
Candidates must have experience working with a Consulting/Recruitment Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for diverse Non-IT roles
• Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & social channels
• Screening, evaluating & shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews & ensuring timely closures
• Handling offer negotiation & onboarding follow-ups
• Maintaining MIS, databases & weekly hiring reports

Candidate MUST Have Experience Hiring For:

• Sales
• Production
• Quality
• Marketing & Digital Marketing
• Operations
• Maintenance
• HR
• Finance
• Plant & Manufacturing roles

Mandatory Requirement

Must have worked in a Consulting / Recruitment Agency
