Non IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with 2 -3 years of experience to handle end-to-end hiring for business and support functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Close positions within defined timelines
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Build talent pipelines for recurring roles

Required Skills:

• Experience in non-IT or bulk hiring
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle volume hiring and multiple requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate or consultancy recruitment
• Knowledge of compliance and offer-to-join processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
