About the Role

MNR Solutions is expanding its recruitment leadership team. We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Team Lead (Domestic Staffing) who can drive hiring operations, lead recruiters, and ensure timely and quality talent delivery across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Oversee recruitment metrics, track performance, and present reports to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes, labor laws, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and TAT.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including minimum 2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
• Strong experience in Non-IT hiring for Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, and Automotive industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in motivating and guiding recruitment teams.
