Non-Licensed Service Advisor

Requirements

-3+ years Financial Industry Experience

-College Degree

-Prior experience working in a client facing role preferred

-Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-Possess analytical skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work as a Team and also independently

-Forward thinking and growth oriented

Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Attend client & prospect meetings, take notes and document follow ups
  • Make follow up calls and send follow up emails
  • Regular contacting of clients and prospects to better understand their situation and provide inputs to the admin and FA teams as needed
  • Service specific clients to assist the FA team - generational clients/families, segmented clients

Planning

  • Participate in client meetings where planning discussions are happening
  • Work on gathering the information, sorting and organizing to ensure the data to create a financial plan is received; work with and follow up with clients and prospects as needed to get additional information and/or to ask clarifying questions
  • Help write up financial plan documents using our process
  • Present the plan documents to the FA's to assist in plan delivery appointments; rework and update as needed

Model Research and Management

  • Meet with Vendor partners, keep up to date on research, market and economic trends
  • Work on the Investment Committee to provide inputs and information from vendors
  • Update our investment models as directed
  • Maintain our model software and tools

Trading

  • Learn the various trading tools that we utilize
  • Monitor and update restrictions, exclusions and cash management
  • Rebalance accounts on a regular schedule and after model updates or as requested

Marketing/Networking

  • Attend Chamber of Commerce events
  • Attend community networking events

Administration (as a back up to the Admin team and not your primary role)

  • Answer phones and greet people as a back up to the Admin team
  • Help manage email inboxes
  • Maintenance and updating of data in our system and/or on spreadsheets
  • Help with projects as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
