What you will do

• Source Non-Medical Supplies: Identify, evaluate, and procure non-medical goods and services that meet Taiba Hospital's standards.
• Supplier Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong partnerships with reliable non-medical suppliers to ensure consistent quality, availability, and service.
• Contract Compliance:  Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to agreed terms, hospital policies, and HSE requirements
• Inventory Collaboration:  Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels for non-medical supplies.
• Cost Efficiency:  Negotiate effectively and implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and service levels.

• Stock availability rate for non-medical supplies

You will thrive here if you have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in non-medical procurement within healthcare or related industries
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and contracts simultaneously
• High attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and quality
• Proficiency in procurement systems, MS Office, and ERP tools
