Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate community outreach programs and local charity partnerships.
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for various events.
• Assist in organizing fundraising campaigns and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of program budgets, impact metrics, and donor databases.
• Draft reports and newsletters to keep stakeholders informed of program progress.
• Ensure all activities comply with Qatar’s regulatory guidelines for non-profit and charitable work.

Skills and Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Program Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor community projects from start to finish.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or donor management software.
• Relationship Building: Natural ability to network and maintain partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and sponsors.
• Adaptability: A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
