CLIENT ALLY (Accounting & Client Services Manager)

AKA - The Coolest Accounting Job You’ll Ever Have

This is a full-time, remote position requiring 32-40 hours per week. No crazy overtime here - we believe in work-life integration!

We pay competitive salaries because top talent deserves top pay! Expected range: $65-75K (negotiable based on experience).

Benefits for full-time employees (valued at $30,000+ annually) include:

  • Group medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance (because healthy humans are happy humans!)
  • Wellness perks (because we care about your sanity!)
  • 401(k) with a 4% employer match (free money? Yes, please!)
  • Office equipment, computer, and cell phone allowance (tech geeks welcome)
  • Paid holidays, plus extra time off for Thanksgiving and Christmas (feast and be merry!)
  • Unlimited PTO (yes, you read that right!)
  • Financial support for continuing education (lifelong learners encouraged!)
  • Annual performance bonuses (because we love rewarding rockstars!)

We don’t just treat our employees well, we treat them how THEY want to be treated.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

As part of your application, we ask that you submit a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself and answering the following 3 questions:

  • Tell us about your nonprofit accounting experience - what types of organizations have you worked with?

  • What does your ideal team dynamic look like, and how do you approach mentoring others?

This is your chance to let your personality shine. We want to see the real you! Please share your video via a link (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or Loom) in your application or email it to us directly. We're not looking for Hollywood production quality; just authenticity, enthusiasm, and a clear sense of who you are and what you bring to the table.

Due to the volume of applications we receive, we will only be in touch with those selected for further consideration. If selected to advance through the process, we will have a series of video and phone interviews, and you will be required to complete some basic skills tests. You will also be asked to complete a national background check prior during the application process and supply at least three references.

Applicants will not be discriminated against because of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, disability, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, medical condition or any protected category prohibited by local, state or federal laws.
