About the Role

We are looking for a noon Marketplace Manager to develop and manage our Kids Toys business on noon. This role requires a hands-on specialist who understands how to grow sales, manage listings, run promotions, and maintain strong operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the noon seller account for the Kids Toys category
• Create, update, and optimise product listings (content, images, attributes, pricing)
• Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and seasonal offers
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback
• Manage stock availability, replenishment planning, and OOS prevention
• Coordinate order fulfilment, handle operational issues, and resolve cases
• Analyse competitors and market trends to improve positioning
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, marketing, procurement)
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations

KPIs & Performance Metrics

• Sales volume and revenue growth
• Gross margin and promo effectiveness
• Conversion rate and product visibility
• Stock availability and fulfilment performance
• Product ratings and review quality
• Return and cancellation rates

Requirements

• Experience working with noon marketplace (seller or brand side)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics in the UAE
• Experience in Toys, Kids, or Consumer categories is a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actions
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent English
