The position exists for a an individual to join our team in Dubai in the Notary Section. The ideal candidate should have 2 years Notary experience as well as paralegal experience.

The duties are as follows:

⁠ ⁠Document Authentication:

Authenticate signatures on various documents such as sales contracts, lease agreements, and corporate documents.

⁠ ⁠Signature Verification:

Verify that the person signing a document is the correct individual and is signing willingly to prevent fraud.

⁠ ⁠Legal Compliance:

Ensure all documents and transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations.

⁠ ⁠Document Registration:

Register documents and maintain a record of all notarized acts in a notary journal.

⁠ ⁠Oath Administration:

Administer oaths and affirmations for affidavits and statutory declarations.

⁠ ⁠Corporate and Commercial Services:

Assist with corporate documents like company incorporation contracts, power of attorney, and declarations of indebtedness.

⁠ ⁠Personal Document Services:

Notarize personal documents

Legal Advice:

Provide simple legal advice on procedures related to the notarization process.

⁠ ⁠Drafting Declarations:

Draft and certify declarations for various purposes, such as declarations of non-work or receipt of amounts.

Requirements

Arabic and English Speaker

Available within 30 days

Must have Paralegal experience as well and well versed in the UAE court systems.

Must work under pressure

Have dealt with customers and can speak well.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
