Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively and attract potential buyers.
• Organize property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings.
• Prepare real estate documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and disclosures.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or real estate is preferred; however, motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with real estate law and administrative processes is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
