Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Melville, Long Island. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and is essential to maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.
*Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access at the reception desk
Order front office supplies and maintain inventory
*Qualifications
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Resourceful, proactive, and dependable*
Friendly, positive attitude is a MUST
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in clerical roles preferred
Knowledge of phone systems and customer service best practices

Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
