We are a premium Korean seafood restaurant specializing in fresh salmon, sushi, and modern Korean dining.

1) Hall Serving Staff & Bartender

(Experience in Liquor & Beverage Preparation Preferred)
Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Hall Serving Staff who is also capable of handling bar service, including liquor drinks and signature beverages. The ideal candidate understands premium dining service standards and customer hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Take and manage customer orders accurately
• Prepare and serve beverages (including liquor-based drinks)
• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with Qatar liquor regulations
• Operate POS system and handle billing
• Support smooth service flow during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years restaurant service experience (working experiences at Hotel is a plus)
• Experience in liquor preparation and cocktail mixing preferred
• Knowledge of wine and beverage pairing is a plus
• English required (Arabic is an advantage)
• Well-groomed and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

2) Kitchen Chef – Sushi & Sashimi Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef skilled in sashimi handling, salmon filleting, and premium seafood preparation. Strong knife skills and hygiene discipline are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, and salmon-based dishes
• Perform fish filleting and portion control
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Ensure freshness and premium presentation
• Support kitchen operations during busy hours
• Contribute to menu development and quality improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in sushi & sashimi preparation
• Strong knife skills and seafood knowledge
• Experience in premium dining restaurants preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Able to work under pressure
• Team-oriented and disciplined
