Location:** Lusail, Qatar *(Local hiring only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional presentation aligned with café standards
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen for ingredient requirements
• Contribute to menu development and new sushi concepts

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a café or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and modern sushi techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Professional attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
