Contract: Through 09/05/2026 (option to extend)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (alternating Mondays & Fridays off)
Openings: 1

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to provide low-acuity primary care for adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic.

Practice Details:

• 15–20 patients/day

• All ages

• Low acuity

• Cerner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services

• Manage routine and acute visits

• Document care accurately

• Collaborate with team

Schedule & Work Details:

• 4x10s

• Weekdays only

• Some admin/charting time

Requirements:

• Active license

• NP or PA

• Board Certified (Family Practice)

• All ages experience

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Case logs required

• 5 references required

Additional Requirement:

• DD214 if applicable
