Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring a full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Imaging team in Round Rock, Texas. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you’ll perform nuclear medicine, PET/CT, and theragnostic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist to help diagnose and treat disease. You’ll use advanced imaging equipment in a collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and compassion.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT and theragnostic imaging, following physician orders and established protocols.

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining safety standards in compliance with ACR and RAM guidelines.

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and explain exams clearly to patients to ensure comfort and understanding.

  • Collaborate closely with Radiologists, nurses, and imaging staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care.

  • Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and follow all radiation safety regulations.

Qualifications - External


Requirements

  • Certification:

    • Certified by the ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)

  • Licensure:

    • Must hold a current Texas Medical Board (TMB) License as a Medical Radiologic Technologist – Nuclear Medicine

  • BLS Certification required

  • Previous experience in a hospital or medical imaging department preferred

  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
