Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and highly professional Nurse holding a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to local and international healthcare standards.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with professional nursing standards and hospital/clinic policies.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information accurately.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, managing IV lines, and assisting with daily living activities.
Respond to medical emergencies and administer life support as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
Document all nursing interventions, observations, and patient responses in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit reports as required by the DHA and facility management.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work effectively as part of a healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families, providing education on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior nursing staff, if applicable.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all DHA regulations, codes of conduct, and professional ethics.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, health, and safety standards.
Safely handle medical equipment and instruments, and report any malfunctions or issues.
Maintain and update professional knowledge by participating in continuous professional development (CPD) as required by the DHA.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
A valid and active license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is mandatory.
