JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate LVN or RN to join a busy outpatient neurology clinic in Chandler, Arizona. This role is ideal for a newer graduate looking to build clinical experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process patient medical records, labs, and diagnostic reports

- Identify and appropriately document normal vs. abnormal test results

- Assist with medication refills in collaboration with providers

- Manage and respond to triage phone messages during clinic hours

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

- Support providers with general clinical and administrative tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Active LVN or RN license (Arizona or compact)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to interpret lab results with clinical guidance

- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

- Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting

- Genuine interest in neurology
