Nurse ANM/GNM

As a Medical Nurse (ANM / GNM), you will perform duties including — but not limited to — the following:

• Provide direct patient care: monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration), assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility), and support their general hygiene and comfort.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors; assist in treatments, dressings, and basic procedures.
• Assist doctors and other medical staff during consultations, procedures, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate patient records: medical histories, observations, treatments administered, progress notes, vital charts, and nurse’s notes.
• Ensure ward cleanliness, infection control, hygiene, and safe environment for patients — including sterilization, waste disposal, bed-making, linen changes.
• Monitor patient health; report any changes or emergencies to senior staff/doctors; assist in emergency care (basic life support, stabilizing patients, etc.) as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about care, hygiene, medication schedules, diet, and follow-up instructions. Provide emotional support, address queries and ensure patient comfort
• Support administrative and logistic tasks — managing supply/inventory of nursing materials, keeping track of equipment, assisting in patient admissions/discharges, coordinating with other departments.

Note: The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
