Position :Nurse cum Warden (Female)

Location:Tatisilwai

Key Responsibilities:

Hostel Management:

• Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students residing in the hostel.
• Maintain hostel rules, regulations, and daily routines.
• Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of hostel premises.
• Handle grievances, conflicts, and emergencies among hostel inmates.
• Maintain attendance records and monitor in/out movement of students.

Health & Nursing Duties:

• Provide basic medical care and first aid to students in case of illness or injury.
• Monitor health and hygiene practices among hostel inmates.
• Keep track of students’ medical history and maintain health records.
• Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and medical services during emergencies.
• Ensure timely availability of medicines and first-aid supplies in the hostel.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain registers for attendance, visitors, and medical needs.
• Report regularly to the Centre Head about hostel discipline, health, and welfare matters.
• Assist in organizing awareness sessions on health, hygiene, and safety.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing (GNM/ANM preferred).
• Prior experience as a hostel warden or nurse will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Computer skills required
• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations with calmness.
• Must be compassionate, responsible, and disciplined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
