Dr. MobiCare is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience or interest in wound care to join our clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and overall wellness.
Perform comprehensive physical exams and wound assessments for patients with acute and chronic conditions
Evaluate wound-related conditions and comorbidities to support optimal healing outcomes
Perform wound debridement and dressing changes in accordance with clinical best practices
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director and care team
Accurately document patient encounters, procedures, and communications in the EMR within 24 hours
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, prevention strategies, and chronic condition management
Communicate effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to maintain efficient workflows
Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives
Advocate for patients by ensuring access to appropriate care and follow-up services
Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
Stay current with CMS guidelines, documentation requirements, and best practices
Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing education in wound care and related specialties
Perform additional duties as assigned
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s)
Clinical experience in wound care or a related specialty preferred but will train
Strong skills in debridement, and care planning
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
