What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients with a focus on hormone health, metabolic wellness, and longevity
• Develop individualized care plans grounded in evidence-based and functional medicine principles
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with a dedicated patient panel
• Collaborate with a like-minded clinical team that values innovation and patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Licensed NP or PA with active, unrestricted state licensure
• Passion for hormone optimization, women's health, weight management, or longevity medicine
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 1099 contractor structure
• Strong communicator who thrives in a patient-first environment
• Experience in DPC, functional medicine, or concierge care is a plus — not required
