Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to help patients improve their health, energy, and quality of life. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our Las Vegas clinic and play a key role in delivering outstanding sleep medicine care.

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with suspected and diagnosed sleep disorders. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, interpreting sleep study results, initiating and managing therapy, and providing ongoing follow-up care.

This position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while working alongside experienced sleep physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Experience in sleep medicine is preferred but not required. We are committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, hypersomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and related conditions.
  • Interpret home sleep tests and polysomnography results.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Prescribe and manage PAP therapy and other sleep-related treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Educate patients on sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Current Nevada APRN license in good standing.
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP).
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and patient education abilities.
  • Experience in sleep medicine, pulmonary medicine, primary care, neurology, ENT, or internal medicine is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • No nights, weekends, or hospital call.
  • Outpatient clinic setting.

Compensation
