Nurse Practitioner – Executive Support

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary support to the Medical Director
  • Attend and actively participate in internal and external meetings
  • Assist in reviewing workflows, protocols, and operational strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution of action items
  • Support communication between teams and leadership
  • Provide insight and recommendations as needed

  Schedule & Work Setting

  • Full-time equivalent (36–40 hours per week expected)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
  • On-site in Miami Beach, FL

  Compensation

  • $125,000.00 – $131,000.00 annually
  • Compensation based on experience and scope of work

  Employment Structure

  • Initial brief 1099 independent contractor onboarding period
  • Opportunity to transition into W-2 employment if it is a suitable fit for both parties

  Requirements

  • Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
  • Minimum 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a high-responsibility environment
  • Comfortable in a meeting-heavy, executive-facing role
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

  Preferred

  • Experience in leadership support, care coordination, or operations
