Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. You must be able to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and labs
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gastroenterology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine]
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
