Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Nurse Trainer – Overseas Recruitment with a strong clinical and teaching background in nursing. The trainer will support nurses preparing for international opportunities by developing and delivering effective training programs.
The candidate should be confident in both subject knowledge and communication skills—able to deliver sessions clearly, answer candidate questions, and create helpful learning materials. Will be responsible for planning training, creating content, conducting sessions, and tracking candidate progress, all while ensuring the program meets global recruitment standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution preferred .
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of combined clinical and academic (teaching) experience in nursing.
- Experience in training for overseas recruitment will be a strong advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in developing training materials and delivering engaging training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to confidently handle candidate queries and interactions.
- Computer and technology savvy with a strong grasp of modern digital tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with online training platforms, LMS, and virtual classroom tools is desirable.
- Candidates with prior experience as a trainer in a nursing recruitment agency or with overseas work exposure are highly encouraged to apply, as such backgrounds bring added value to our dynamic recruitment ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Academic Support & Training Delivery:
- Design, develop, and continuously update training content aligned with international recruitment standards.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) and other instructional materials to support training sessions.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions (live/virtual) for overseas-bound nursing professionals.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess their clinical knowledge, language skills, and readiness for overseas roles.
- Produce short educational videos to reinforce key concepts and supplement live instruction.
- Provide individualized academic support and feedback to ensure candidate improvement and confidence.
2. Process Improvement & Data Management:
- Monitor and track attendance of all training participants; maintain updated records of absentees and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate profiles, training participation, and screening outcomes.
- Generate progress reports to evaluate candidate readiness and inform recruitment decisions.
- Adhere to and promote standardized training protocols and workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and candidate experience.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work remotely or onsite, based on training schedules and organizational needs.
- Availability for evening or weekend sessions, if required by program timelines.

- Timeliness and quality of content development.

- Percentage of candidates successfully cleared for overseas placement.
- Accuracy and completeness of candidate training records.

Pay: ₹11,153.22 - ₹34,499.17 per month
