1. Classroom Support
- Assist the main teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons.
- Support students during class activities, group work, and assignments.
- Help maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Clarify instructions and provide additional support to students who need help.
2. Student Supervision
- Monitor students during classroom sessions, transitions, breaks, and dispersal.
- Ensure student safety and discipline within the school premises.
- Assist in managing student behaviour by following school behaviour-management policies.
3. Learning Material Preparation
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and resources as instructed by the main teacher.
- Organize and maintain classroom materials, displays, and learning corners.
- Assist with setting up equipment for activities or lessons.
4. Individual and Group Support
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to reinforce concepts.
- Assist students with special learning needs under teacher supervision.
- Track and report student progress or concerns to the main teacher.
5. Administrative Assistance
- Help with attendance, record-keeping, and classroom documentation.
- Support in maintaining student files, homework records, and assessment sheets.
- Assist with coordination during events, activities, and school programs.
6. Classroom Management
- Ensure classrooms are clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
- Assist in managing classroom routines and daily schedules.
- Help with maintaining discipline and smooth functioning of class operations.
7. Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain positive communication with the main teacher, students, and parents (as required).
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff for school activities.
8. Examination & Assessment Support
- Assist in invigilation during exams.
- Help in preparation, photocopying, distribution, and collection of exam materials.
- Support in basic paper-checking or correction work as directed.
9. Student Well-Being
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to students.
- Observe and report any behavioural or academic concerns immediately.
- Support students in developing good habits, discipline, and social skills.

Pay: ₹9,198.65 - ₹16,404.68 per month
