Nursery Director Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Director to join our team at Kinderville. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education and a proven track record in leadership and management within a nursery or similar setting. As the Nursery Director, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the local community.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) or CACHE Level 5.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards for nurseries.

- Passion for working with young children and their families.
