Arabic/Islamic Teacher-Required in a Kids Nursery in Sharjah

Qualified & Experienced Arabic & Islamic Teacher

Location: Tulip Nursery, Al Azra, Sharjah, UAE
Work Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full Day) | Saturday up to 2:00 PM
Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, or Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery, kindergarten, or early years setting within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of EYFS integration and ability to connect Arabic and Islamic learning with early childhood themes.
• Must be skilled in teaching spoken and written Arabic, basic Islamic principles, moral values, and daily duas through engaging activities.
• Ability to teach children through stories, songs, rhymes, role play, and cultural celebrations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of French will be considered an added advantage.
• Must hold attested educational certificates and be eligible for SPEA approval.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a nurturing attitude toward children.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive Arabic and Islamic lessons that align with the nursery’s EYFS themes.
• Teach daily Islamic values, good manners, and moral education through storytelling and practical examples.
• Foster Arabic vocabulary development and conversational skills among both native and non-native speakers.
• Maintain detailed progress observations and records for each child.
• Collaborate with class teachers and assistants to integrate Arabic & Islamic learning into weekly classroom plans.
• Create culturally rich displays, visual aids, and thematic learning materials.
• Support in special events and celebrations such as UAE National Day, Arabic Language Day, Ramadan, and Eid programs.
