EYFS/Montessori/Cache3 qualified teachers required in a Nursery in Sharjah

EYFS / Montessori Qualified Teacher (CACHE Level 3)

Location: Tulip Nursery, Al Azra, Sharjah, UAE
Work Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full Day) | Saturday up to 2:00 PM
Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years / Montessori Education.
• Expert-level knowledge of Phonics (letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and reading readiness).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child developmental milestones.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery or early years setting within the UAE (preferred).
• Bilingual candidates (English + Arabic / Hindi / Tagalog) are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and child engagement skills.
• Must hold attested educational certificates and be eligible for SPEA approval.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons integrating phonics, literacy, numeracy, and sensory learning.
• Conduct daily observations and progress assessments as per EYFS standards.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities to support all seven areas of learning.
• Implement structured phonics sessions to enhance early reading and pronunciation skills.
• Design thematic displays, learning corners, and activity setups promoting creativity and exploration.
• Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and management for smooth classroom operations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and wellbeing.
