Nursery Teacher

We are currently seeking a qualified and caring Nursery Teacher who has a genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a warm, engaging atmosphere for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1–4) that support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create and maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and positive learning experiences.
• Foster independence, creativity, and good behavior through structured play and guided activities.
• Observe and record children’s progress, preparing regular updates for parents and management.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents to ensure a strong home-school connection.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and assistants to maintain a positive and organized learning atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to the nursery’s health, safety, and hygiene standards, in compliance with UAE early childhood education guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting (ages 1–4) within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for young children.
• Ability to design engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Must be hardworking, dependable, and professional.
• Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) or other early childhood learning frameworks is an advantage.
