Nursery Manager

To be responsible for the day to day running and responsibility of the Nursery

· To ensure Policies and Procedures are maintained at all times by all staff.

· To take responsibility for the welfare of the children and employees of the nursery.

· To build strong team spirit in the Nursery

· To serve as the educational leader.

· To be responsible for managing the policies, regulations and procedures.

· To ensure that all children are supervised in a safe and stimulating learning environment that meets the mission and ethos of the school.

· To achieve academic excellence by working collaboratively, directing and nurturing all members of the school staff hired by the nursery and to communicate effectively with parents.

· To be responsible for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations

· Responsibility for the daily running and administration of the nursery whilst adhering to the Policies & Procedures

· The efficient organisation, management and supervision of Nursery routines.

· Complete in a timely fashion all records and reports as requested.

· Develop and maintain an understanding of SEN.

· Supervision of the planning and preparation of activities to develop all aspects of the child’s individual development in a stimulating atmosphere. These adhere to LLN systems and standards, whilst considering current research.

· To be responsible for progress and support in the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

· Working with colleagues to implement coaching and mentoring systems to ensure the support and development of all staff performance within the Nursery.

· Making effective use of staff expertise

· Liaison with parents and negotiations within the team ensuring effective communication within the nursery.

Good Communication skills with Cache Level 5 Dilploma is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
