Job Title: Nursery School Teacher

Locations: Abu Dhabi (Al Shamkha & Al Falah) | Al Ain (Al Maqam & Al Dhaher)
Openings: 2 per branch
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only (Start Date 01 September)

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery School Teachers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will play a key role in fostering early development through engaging lessons and a safe, stimulating environment.

We welcome applicants who either hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor’s degree in another field with relevant experience or certification in Early Childhood Care.

Requirements (Two Accepted Profiles):

Profile A:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Development (QFE 7)
• e.g., BA in Early Years Education, BSc in Early Childhood
• (EFL) speakers

Profile B:

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (QFE 7)
• e.g., Archaeology, Biology, Civil Engineering, Law, Medicine
• AND
• one of the following:
• A Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care Level 3 (QFE 5)
• At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting
• (EFL) speakers

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons that support cognitive, emotional, and physical development
• Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Track and document student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and care standards are maintained at all times
• Collaborate with staff to enhance the curriculum and learning outcomes
