Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of children in our nursery school. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to connect with young children, create a positive learning environment, and contribute to the overall development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons for young children, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Plan and implement activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and emotional development.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
• Foster positive relationships with children, ensuring their well-being, safety, and emotional support.
• Work closely with parents to ensure the development and needs of each child are met.
• Ensure that nursery activities are age-appropriate and aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Maintain records of children’s activities, achievements, and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience working with children aged 2-5 years in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and patient with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle the responsibilities of a busy nursery.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of modern educational tools and techniques for young learners.
• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.

Remuneration:

salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per industries standards.
