Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher (Arabic/ Turkish speakers- FEMALES ONLY) to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating learning environment, plan engaging activities, and support the developmental needs of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
• Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence.
• Work closely with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress.
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training.

Requirements:

• Minimum CACHE Level 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience as an EYFS teacher or in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate, patient, and creative in engaging young learners.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
