<Responsibilities>

• Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and transplanting plants within the greenhouse and outdoor areas
• Perform heavy lifting of soil bags, plants, mulch, and other materials as needed for planting projects, up to 50 pounds
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of greenhouse areas, tools, and supplies to promote efficiency and safety
• Follow safety protocols during outdoor work and equipment operation to prevent accidents or injuries

<Skills> previous knowledge or willingness to learn:

• knowledge of horticulture practices including plant care, pruning, and propagation
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques, lawn care procedures
• Ability to identify various plants accurately for health assessments or pest control measures
• Basic math skills for measuring soil amendments or calculating fertilizer applications
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to gardening and plant maintenance
