Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Administrator to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in patient care, efficient ward management, and compliance with hospital standards and NABH protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities across hospital departments.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards.
• Maintain discipline, performance, and professional ethics among nursing staff.
• Conduct regular ward rounds and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee duty rosters, leave management, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital regulations.
• Plan and conduct in-service training and staff development programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (preferred).
• Registration: RN & RM with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in clinical nursing, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or administrative role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
