Nursing Assistant cum Trainer(TamilNadu only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Trainer to deliver theoretical knowledge and practical skills training to nursing students/trainees. The trainer will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classroom and clinical sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring that they are equipped with the required professional competencies to perform effectively in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions in nursing subjects.
• Train students in clinical procedures, patient care techniques, and hospital protocols.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments based on the curriculum.
• Supervise students during clinical postings, internships, and lab practice.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
• Provide individual mentoring and guidance to students to strengthen weak areas.
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, medical advancements, and training methods.
• Ensure compliance with institutional standards, nursing council guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance reports of students.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions and hospitals for clinical exposure and training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing with valid registration.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle both classroom and practical/clinical training effectively.
• Commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning, and student development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
