Nursing Co-ordinator

• Supervise and support home care nurses and caregivers.
• Develop and update individual care plans for clients.
• Create care plans and ensure proper patient care.
• Monitor patient progress.
• Ensure all staff follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Train new staff and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Handle scheduling and manage daily operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
• Address concerns or emergencies in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,750.00 - ₹52,500.00 per month
