• Monitors nurse performance and provides guidance.
• Maintains patient records and care plans.
• Handles scheduling and visits for home care staff.
• Trains and supports home care nurses.
• Ensures compliance with home healthcare regulations.
• Addresses patient or family concerns promptly and professionally.

Pay: ₹38,750.00 - ₹52,500.00 per month
