Nursing Course Instructor (Registered Nurse Preferred) Female

We are looking for an experienced and passionate CNA & Caregiver Course Trainer to join our dynamic healthcare training team at Onyx. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality training programs that meet international standards and uphold our center’s commitment to excellence in healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct CNA and Caregiver training sessions (theoretical and practical).
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials, lesson plans, and student assessments.
• Supervise and evaluate learners during classroom instruction and clinical practice.
• Manage course-related administrative tasks — attendance tracking, reports, and certification coordination.
• Collaborate with management to organize training schedules and ensure smooth course delivery.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and career advice to students to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferably with a valid DOH license).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a healthcare trainer or instructor (CNA, Caregiver, or related field).
• Valid healthcare license or recognized professional certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of patient care, infection control, and healthcare ethics.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage courses independently and efficiently.
