Nursing Director Outpatient Clinics, FT Days

The Director Nursing Outpatient Clinic will be responsible to provide operational and strategic leadership for the El Paso Children's Services. Plans and directs the operational, budgetary and personnel activities. Responsible to assure the highest level of service for guests and staff, to proactively support the efforts that will ensure delivery of safe patient care, services and to promote a safe environment at EPCH.

Work Experience

  • Three years clinical nursing leadership experience in pediatrics or related nursing field.

License/Registration/Certification

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Nursing Executive Leadership Certification within three years of being in position, unless attending classes to obtain a higher degree in Nursing

Education and Training

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or similar discipline required.
